Same happens to the extra virgin olive oils, if you heat them (and it doesn't need to be too much), a part of them will turn into toxic compunds which may cause cancer... now you think: WHY THE HELL olive oil turns into cancer?!
Point is: every oil has its smoke point. And the smoke point of olive oil is between 200°F to 400°F... and you can't heat the oil past this smoke point, or it will start decomposing itself, making some bad bitches called oxygen radicals... they're aggressive and penetrate your body like a whore (an ex-extra-virgin-girl) and leads you into cancer.
So, guys, be careful and do not use extra-virgin olive oil to cook! Only on salads and carpaccio. And when you want to have sex, choose experienced but Jesus girls.
